Kathryn, the creator of Flutter, has worked in the eyelash industry since it first came to the UK 7 years ago. Kathryn is vastly experienced and in great demand, having worked at top London salons, including Michael John, Mayfair and Harrods beauty salon Urban Retreat. Kathryn also has a Biochemistry degree which helps her keep Flutter at the forefront of the lash industry by researching new products, formulas and techniques.

Kathryn decided to train a team of eyelash artists, using her extensive knowledge, to meet the fast increasing demand for high quality lash services. Seeing a gap in the market for a salon quality home service which offered clients more flexible hours than salons, Flutter was born.

Flutter has its own training school and all of the team attend a 1 month advanced eyelash extension training. This consists of 6 full days with case studies to be completed at home, spread over the month period. All our training is fully accredited with both BABTAC and The Guild of Beauty Therapists. This is some of the most comprehensive training available on the market and fully prepares the consultants to offer an exceptional quality of service. Most other eyelash extension brands only offer 1 or 2 day courses which we feel is not sufficient for therapists to always feel confident and meet the required standards to be able to perform a safe a competent service.

Zahara

One of the longest members of the Flutter team, Zahara’s quest for perfection makes her an excellent Flutter Lash Artist. With a background in retail she easily puts her clients at ease. Zahara covers the London area.

Chelsea

Coming from a hair and beauty background Chelsea understands the importance of great customer service. Her lively attitude and artistic skill at precision work make her a valued member of the Flutter team. Chelsea covers the Middlesex area.

Keeley

With a degree in Psychology and experience managing a computer licencing team, Keely decided to leave her office job behind and join the Flutter team. Her friendly approach and excellent attention to detail make her a fantastic Flutter Lash Artist. Keely covers the Surrey area.

Casandra 

With 2 degrees under her belt Casandra turned her attention to dance and has created Choreography for TV dance shows. Seeing the Flutter teams’ work spiked her interest in lashes and it has now become her obsession. Her creative flare and gentle nature have made her a great addition to the team. Casandra covers the Surrey area.

Vicky

Vicky has a degree in English and a teaching qualification. She was teaching make-up and special effects at a college in Sheffield when she was drawn to the Flutter brand. Her previous make up experience made her an ideal Flutter lash Artist and she loves carrying out the service as well as meeting new clients. Vicky covers the Sheffield and Manchester areas.

Lauren

Lauren has a degree in social welfare but wanted a change of direction in her career. She is obsessed with all things beauty or make up related so Flutter lashes were the perfect choice for her. Her perfectionist attitude & bubbly personality make her an excellent Flutter Lash Artist. Lauren covers the Nottingham area.
